یکی از پرمصرف ترین لوازم مورد استفاده در خطوط تولید و مونتاژ بردهای الکترونیکی خمیر قلع می باشد.
در مواردی که خمیر قلع کمی سفت شده و یا اینکه نیاز به تغییر غلظت آن وجود دارد، نیاز است که با اضافه نمودن حلال، روغن های مخصوص، خمیر قلع قبل از مصرف دوباره مخلوط شود.
مخلوط نمودن یکدست بسیار مهم بوده و در صورتی که این کار به درستی انجام نشود، خمیر قلع خراب شده و قابل استفاده نخواهد بود.
این دستگاه تمام اتوماتیک بوده و می توانید به راحتی با قرار دادن ظرف خمیر قلع یک کیلویی و یا نیم کیلویی در دستگاه و اضافه نمودن محلول یا حتی خمیر قلع دیگر، به راحتی و در کمترین زمان ممکن به صورت یکدست محصول نهایی را تولید کنید.
به علت کارکرد خاص دستگاه، هیچ تماس فیزیکی با خمیر قلع وجود نداشته و علاوه بر اینکه هیچ دور ریزی وجود ندارد، تمیزکاری بعد از استفاده نیز وجود نخواهد داشت.
